House Extension, Roodt, LU

A semi-detached house extended in Roodt. On the street side, a new dormer and light grey panel cladding with dark window frames replace the existing pitched roof and render. At the back, a glazed ground-floor volume opens the living space onto a timber terrace, with a new upper level above it. Inside, exposed concrete ceilings, oak flooring and a freestanding fireplace organise an open living and dining area.
