Five stages, from the first conversation to handover.
First conversation
We listen to your needs, visit the site and talk through budget, timing and constraints. Where we decide together whether, and how, to work together.
Concept & feasibility
We test ideas against the plot, the regulations and your budget, and present a clear concept. You see the idea in plans and sketches before anything is decided.
Design & permit
We develop the design, prepare the drawings and submit the building permit file. We follow the file with the commune and answer any questions.
Tender & contractors
We prepare technical documents, collect and compare quotes and help you choose contractors. Comparable quotes make the choice of contractor straightforward.
Site & handover
We supervise the works, control quality and cost, and hand over the finished project. One architect, on site and available, until handover.
The scope of services and our fee are agreed in writing before we start.
