How does a project start?
With a first conversation, usually on site. We listen to your needs, look at the property and discuss budget and timing. After that we send a written proposal describing the scope of our services and our fee.
How much does an architect cost?
The fee depends on the size and complexity of the project and on the services you need, from drawings only to full supervision of the works. We agree it in writing before we start.
How long does a building permit take?
It varies by commune and by project. After the first meeting we give you a realistic estimate for your case.
Do you only work in Luxembourg?
Luxembourg is our home base and where most of our work is, but we also design projects elsewhere, for example in Lithuania.
Can you manage the contractors as well?
Yes. We prepare the tender documents, compare quotes, help you choose contractors and supervise the works on site.
Can you help with a smaller project, like an office or a clinic interior?
Yes. Interior design projects such as our real estate office in Strassen and dental clinic in Limpertsberg are a regular part of our work.
Which languages do you work in?
We work in English, French, Russian and Lithuanian.
